Veo Video Maker is an AI-powered video generation service that allows users to create videos using text prompts and reference images. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate videos.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Pricing is subject to change with notice to existing users.
• Unused credits will be retained if your account is suspended or terminated for cause.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real individuals without consent.
• Create adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service.

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to our license below.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content to provide the Service.
• Generated videos are stored temporarily and may be deleted after the retention period.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
